Over 200 migrant professionals have landed jobs in Australia with our program's support
Elevarâs Migrant Job Success Program is the exact system iâve helped over 200 people like you land jobs in Australia, even without local experience. Iâll be your guide standing beside youânot just someone offering career advise, but a coach and mentor whoâs walked the same path. Weâll break through the barriers, both external and internal, that have been holding you back.
Mindset is at the core of everything we do. While most programs focus only on external tools like resumes and networking, we dive deeper to address the mindset barriers that can be your biggest obstaclesâdoubts, fears, and a lack of confidence.
Iâll help you rebuild your self-belief, embrace your worth, and stay motivated and accountable throughout your journey.
Week 1
Most job seekers jump straight into applying without a clear direction. Thatâs why you might feel lost, constantly questioning if youâre on the right path. Weâll dive deep into your strengths, personality, and goals to develop a job search strategy thatâs unique to you. By the end of this week, youâll have a tailored plan that not only showcases your KPIs and achievements but also equips you with tactics to overcome the âno experienceâ barrier and targets companies that truly align with your values.
Week 2-3
Your resume and cover letter are more than just documentsâthey are your personal brand. Over these two weeks, weâll transform them into powerful tools that highlight your achievements and transferable skills. Iâll show you the exact strategies Iâve used to help people land jobs at companies like Deloitte, SA Water, and PWC
Week 4
You might be using LinkedIn only to apply for jobs, that is huge missed opportunity. This week, weâll turn your LinkedIn profile into a magnet for hiring managers. Youâll learn how to build an All-Star profile that will convert those random profile views into job offers without applying. Imagine recruiters reaching out to you, not because you applied, but because they found your profile and knew you were the perfect fit.
Week 5
Relying solely on job boards is like playing the lottery with your career. This week, weâll dive into modern job tactics that set you apart from your competitors. Youâll learn how to find and connect with hiring managers and recruiters who are actively seeking candidates like you. With copy-paste job hunting templates in hand, youâll be ready to approach the right people with confidence.
Week 6
Did you know that 4 out of 5 users on LinkedIn drive business decisions? This week, weâll identify key contactsâwhether theyâre senior leaders, mentors, or professionals from your home country who are already two steps ahead. Weâll focus on building genuine relationships that can lead to referrals.
Week 7
Australian interview dynamics are different from what you might be used to. This week, weâll address the unique challenges migrants face in interviewsâlike knowing when to stop, avoiding mechanical answers, and mastering the art of conversation. Iâll teach you research-backed strategies, from small talk and using Australian slang to confidently answering the toughest questions with proven frameworks.
Week 8
Do you know that saying âIâm happy with any salaryâ can work against you? Employers respect candidates who know their worth. Weâll dive into psychology-based tactics that will shift your mindset and empower you to negotiate a salary that reflects your true value. On average, our clients secure job offers with a $25,000 to $30,000 increase.
My goal is simple: to help you land a job offer with a salary that truly reflects your worth. Thatâs why weâre committed to supporting you every step of the job search journey. If you donât land a job offer within 90 days of completing the program, we will continue to support your job search through our group coaching calls and private community group.
In 2015, I arrived in Australia with dreams of landing a business analyst role, but reality hit hard with 516 job rejections before I secured my first professional job. Once I broke into the industry, I quickly rose from entry-level IT positions to managing teams at global organizations like Honda.
But along the way, I realised that it wasnât just about having the right resume or LinkedIn profileâthere were deeper, mindset-driven challenges holding me back as a migrant.
Over reliance on friendsâ advice to settle for the safest job, fear of following up with potential employers, downplaying my previous achievements, and not fully embracing Aussie culture were all barriers to achieving the life I dreamed of.
This is why I founded Elevar Career Coaching in 2021âto help fellow migrants navigate these same obstacles. Since then, Elevar has guided over 200 migrants to land jobs in Australia. My work has been featured multiple times on national radio SBS, and Iâve had the privilege of hosting career workshops with government organizations like Study Melbourne.
Iâm here to help you on your journey, not just as a coach, but as someone whoâs been in your shoes and knows what it takes to succeed as a migrant.
Answers to the burning questions in your mind.
On average, my clients land a job offer within 90-150 days after joining the program. However, the timeline depends on your commitment to taking action on the strategies I teach and applying them consistently. What I promise is my full commitment as a coach to share all the strategies and provide ongoing support until you land your dream job.
Absolutely. While 80% of the strategies I teach are universal across all industries, Iâve successfully helped candidates from a wide range of fields, including Sales & Marketing, Healthcare, Customer Service, Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics, and Financial Crime. The remaining 20% of the program is tailored to your specific industry needs, ensuring you receive the guidance thatâs most relevant to your career goals.
If you donât land a job offer within 90 days of completing the program, youâll continue to receive support through our group coaching calls and private community group, free of charge, until you achieve your goal. My commitment is to your success, and Iâll stand by you until you land the job you deserve.
The program is designed to be manageable alongside other commitments. Youâll need to set aside about 5-7 hours per week for the group sessions, and implementing the strategies we discuss. Your success depends on consistent effort.
The one-on-one sessions are directly with Pan which will focus on your specific challenges and goals, while the group sessions provide additional insights and strategies that benefit everyone. Youâll receive a personalised job search strategy thatâs tailored to your unique situation, personality and goals, ensuring that youâre set up for success.
The program includes both personalised one-on-one coaching sessions and group coaching sessions.
I typically run two groups per month to accommodate different schedules. One group meets on Fridays from 4-5 PM AEST, and the other on Saturdays from 9-10 AM AEST. This allows you to choose the timing that works best for you. The next available group is starting soon - Find the date here.
What if I canât join a call?
Donât worryâif you canât join a live call, everything will be recorded, and youâll have unlimited access to all the materials forever. This way, you can catch up at your own pace and revisit the content whenever you need it.
How many other people are in a group?
Our groups are intentionally capped at 8-10 people to ensure you receive personalised feedback, even within the group sessions. This limited size is part of why we have a qualification processâonly a select number of participants can join each cohort, allowing us to maintain the quality and individual attention that make this program so effective.â
Absolutely. If youâve already started your visa process with a migration consultant, getting a head start on your job search is crucial. Our program will prepare you for the Australian job market, including workplace culture, slang, interview dynamics, and communication stylesâessential elements to master before you begin applying for jobs. This way, youâll hit the ground running once you arrive.
Our recommendation is to join the program about three months before you graduate, so youâre fully prepared with the right profiles, strategies, and mindset to land a job as soon as you finish. If you have a few years left in your studies, itâs best to wait until youâre closer to graduation to get the most out of the program.
Iâm confident in the strategies I teach, having helped over 200 migrant job seekers like you land jobs in Australia, even without local experience. However, I want to ensure your investment is as risk-free as possible. If, after two weeks of coaching, youâve attended all the sessions, committed to completing all the exercises, and still feel that the strategies arenât helping you, Iâll refund your money. Iâm committed to putting in 110% effort to help you achieve your dream job, and I expect you to do the same.
While securing a job offer with visa sponsorship involves factors beyond our controlâsuch as government regulation changes, state nominations, and your preferred locationâwe cannot guarantee visa sponsorship for every client. However, we have successfully helped clients navigate this challenge by using modern LinkedIn tactics and targeted networking strategies. Our focus will be on maximizing your opportunities and positioning you as an attractive candidate for potential sponsors.
Yes! This program is specifically designed for migrants and international students facing challenges in the Australian job market. Weâll tackle the âno local experienceâ barrier head-on with tailored strategies that have helped over 200 people land jobs in Australia, even without local experience.
