Welcome! These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and participation in the Land Job Offers Through LinkedIn Without Applying digital course (“Course”) provided by Elevar Career Coaching (“Company”, “We”, “Us”).
By enrolling in the Course, you (“Client”, “You”) agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
• Upon purchase, you will receive:Full lifetime access to the LinkedIn Digital Course, including:
- 3 core modules (Profile Optimisation, Strategic Outreach, Hidden Features)
- Bonus Module (Networking Reimagined) released by May 2025
• Access to downloadable templates, worksheets, and resources
• Access to the Course Skool Community, limited to digital course participants
• A one-time LinkedIn profile review by a Career Coach (upon submission within 30 days of enrolment)
• This course is a self-paced, self-led program.
• 1:1 messaging support, live coaching calls, and direct coaching access with Pan Perera are NOT included in this course.
• Live group coaching calls, private Skool categories for the 8-Week Coaching Program, and ongoing resume/interview feedback are reserved exclusively for 8-Week Migrant Job Success Program members.
• Community posts and discussion threads are available for peer interaction and support, but not guaranteed for individual coaching responses.
• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
• Upon payment confirmation, you will receive an invitation to join the Skool Community and access your purchased course modules.
• It is your responsibility to ensure your login credentials and access details are kept confidential.
We are confident in the value of the LinkedIn Digital Course and back it with a 30-Day Action-Based Guarantee.
Eligibility for Refund:
• You must complete the modules and meaningfully implement the strategies within 30 days of purchase.
• If you do not see any signs of traction (interviews, recruiter responses, increased visibility), you may request a refund.
• To qualify, you must provide:
- Completed worksheets
- LinkedIn profile URL showing implemented optimisations
- Screenshots or evidence of outreach attempts and follow-ups
Refund Process:
• Refund requests must be submitted to hello@elevardigital.com with required evidence.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
• No refunds will be granted after the 30-day period or without verifiable completion and action evidence.
Clients who complete this course and wish to join the 8-Week Migrant Job Success Program will have the amount paid for the digital course credited toward the full program fee.
All content, templates, videos, worksheets, and frameworks provided in the Course are the intellectual property of Elevar Career Coaching.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course materials for your own career development only.
Reproduction, distribution, sale, or public sharing of any materials is strictly prohibited.
• You are responsible for completing modules, worksheets, and implementing strategies as taught.
• You agree to uphold respectful conduct within the Skool community.
• You agree to seek additional support (e.g., coaching programs) if you require personalised, ongoing guidance beyond the scope of the Course.
While we provide proven strategies and frameworks, your job search results depend on your individual effort, commitment, and execution.
No guarantees are made regarding specific job outcomes, salary increases, or offers.
• Elevar Career Coaching reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via email and/or Skool announcements.
• By accessing the Course, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
By purchasing and accessing the LinkedIn Digital Course, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not proceed with the purchase or access of the Course.
