How long will it take to land a job?

On average, my clients land a job offer within 90-150 days after joining the program. However, the timeline depends on your commitment to taking action on the strategies I teach and applying them consistently. What I promise is my full commitment as a coach to share all the strategies and provide ongoing support until you land your dream job.

I see most of your results are in IT and Engineering. Do you support other industries?

Absolutely. While 80% of the strategies I teach are universal across all industries, I’ve successfully helped candidates from a wide range of fields, including Sales & Marketing, Healthcare, Customer Service, Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics, and Financial Crime. What if I don’t land a job within the program timeframe?

How much time will I need to commit each week?

The program is designed to be manageable alongside other commitments. You’ll need to set aside about 5-7 hours per week for the group sessions, and implementing the strategies we discuss. Your success depends on consistent effort.

The one-on-one sessions are directly with Pan which will focus on your specific challenges and goals, while the group sessions provide additional insights and strategies that benefit everyone. How do the group sessions work, and what are the timings?

What if I can’t join a call?

Don’t worry—if you can’t join a live call, everything will be recorded, and you’ll have unlimited access to all the materials forever. This way, you can catch up at your own pace and revisit the content whenever you need it.

How many other people are in a group?

Our groups are intentionally capped at 8-10 people to ensure you receive personalised feedback, even within the group sessions.
